摘要:
新时代十年来，我国意识形态领域发生了全局性、根本性转变。以习近平同志为核心的党中央，坚持问题导向、目标导向、任务导向、制度导向和责任导向推进意识形态治理，实现了马克思主义指导地位和党的长期执政地位的“双巩固”、习近平同志党中央的核心、全党的核心地位与习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想指导地位的“双确立”、共产主义理想和社会主义信念的“双坚定”、坚持党的全面领导与社会主义制度优势的“双认同”、国家利益和人民利益的“双维护”、意识形态工作领导体制与管理运行机制的“双健全”。这些成就的取得，根本在于坚持党对意识形态工作的领导、坚持把人民根本利益放在首位、坚持推进马克思主义中国化时代化、坚持走中国特色社会主义道路、坚持党的百年奋斗目标不动摇、坚持加快发展与善于斗争并举。新征程上，必须着力理论创新、实践发展、党的建设与维护人民利益、发挥制度优势、创新方法载体建设等，全面建设具有强大凝聚力和引领力的社会主义意识形态。
Abstract:
In the past decade of the new era, China's ideological sphere has undergone comprehensive and fundamental transformations. Under the leadership of the Central Committee of the CPC with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core, the Party has been committed to problem-oriented, goal-oriented, task-oriented, institution-oriented, and responsibility-oriented approaches in advancing ideological governance. This has achieved “dual consolidation” of the Marxist guiding position and the Party's long-term governance position, “dual establishment” of Comrade Xi Jinping's core position in the Party Central Committee and the entire Party, and the guiding position of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era. It has also achieved “dual establishment” in upholding the ideals of communism and socialist beliefs, “dual firm belief” in the Party's overall leadership and the advantages of the socialist system, and “dual safeguarding” of national and people's interests. Furthermore, the leadership system and operational mechanisms of ideological work have been “doubly improved”. The achievement of these accomplishments fundamentally lies in adhering to the Party's leadership in ideological work, giving top priority to the fundamental interests of the people, promoting the Sinicization and modernization of Marxism, following the path of socialism with Chinese characteristics, unwaveringly pursuing the Party's centenary goals, and accelerating development while being adept at handling struggles. On the new journey, it is necessary to focus on theoretical innovation, practical development, Party building, safeguarding people's interests, leveraging institutional advantages, and innovating methods and platforms. It is crucial to comprehensively construct a socialist ideology that possesses strong cohesion and leadership.
