摘要:

中国式现代化是兼具各国现代化“共同特征”和“中国特色”的复合型、辩证式的现代化。中国式现代化是基于世界历史发展总体态势而展开的现代化的中国样态,它是一种“在开拓中前进的”现代化实践方案。中国式现代化充分体现了社会主义的底色与特质,它在道路抉择层面完成了科学社会主义基本原理与中国实际的完美结合,在制度支撑方面毫不动摇地坚持和巩固了中国特色社会主义制度,在发展目标层面坚持以引领人类文明并迈向共产主义为目标。究其实,中国式现代化就是真正以人民为中心的社会主义现代化探索道路,它将“人民至上”贯穿于现代化建设的全过程,充分彰显了人民的主体地位、关系本质、存在价值与发展前景。作为现代化求索的中国方案,中国式现代化体现了规律认知与实践创新的融合、使命思维与时代重任的结合、阶段目标与总体前景的统一、真理求索与价值彰显的会通。在理论与实践的互动中,中国式现代化必将为人类文明新形态的建构贡献更为磅礴的积极力量。

Abstract:

Chinese path to modernization is a modernization that combines the Chinese characteristics and the commonality of modernizations in different countries. Chinese path to modernization, based on the overall trend of the development of world history, is a compound and dialectical modernization, providing a modernization practice plan advancing in development and fully reflecting the characteristics of socialism. In terms of choosing the road to development, it has completed the perfect combination of the basic principles of scientific socialism with China's reality. In terms of choosing the social system, it has adhered to and consolidated the socialist system with Chinese characteristics. At the level of development goals, it adheres to the goal of leading human civilization and moving towards communism. In general, Chinese path to modernization is a truly people-centered socialist modernization path, i.e., following the people-centered principle throughout the whole process of modernization. It fully demonstrates the dominant position of the Chinese people, the nature of the social relationship, the value of existence and the prospects for development. As a Chinese plan to explore modernization, Chinese path to modernization is the fusion of the true understanding of the social and historical law and the innovative practice, the combination of mission thinking and the tasks of the times, the unity of the stage goal and the overall prospect, and the convergence of truth-seeking and value manifestation. In the interaction between theory and practice, Chinese path to modernization will definitely contribute to the construction of a new form of human civilization with more majestic positive power.
