摘要:
当前中国跨入全面建设社会主义现代化国家新征程,全面建设排在第一位的任务是高质量发展,这就要求以人民为中心,不断实现发展为了人民、依靠人民,让全体人民更多更公平地共享社会主义现代化的建设成果,而这些内容也与国际社会越来越重视的发展权利观念和行动有许多契合。作为中国式现代化的基本特征,中国人口规模巨大、全体人民实现共同富裕、物质文明与精神文明协调发展、人与自然和谐共生繁荣、坚定不移走和平发展道路,也蕴涵了丰富的发展权内容。社会主义中国在“第二个百年”的砥砺奋斗中,既要通过提高发展质量满足人民群众美好生活新需要,也正以当代中国现代化事业维护世界和平与发展,为全面促进发展人权贡献中国智慧、中国方案、中国力量。
Abstract:
At present, China has started a new journey toward building a modern socialist country in all respects. Among the essential requirements of Chinese modernization, first and foremost, we must pursue high-quality development, which requires us to follow a people-centered development philosophy, constantly ensuring development for the people and relying on the people, so that all the people can equitably share more and more the achievements of socialist modernization. These requirements also agree with the concept and action of the right to development, to which the international community attaches more and more importance. Chinese modernization is the modernization of a huge population, the modernization of common prosperity for all, the modernization of material and cultural-ethical advancements, the modernization of harmony between man and nature, and the modernization of peaceful development, all of which contain rich content of the right to development. On a new journey to building China into a modern socialist country in all respects and advancing toward the second centenary goal, we should not only meet the new needs of the people for a better life by improving the quality of development, but also safeguard world peace and development with the support from the modernization cause of contemporary China, and contribute Chinese wisdom, Chinese approach, and Chinese strength to the comprehensive promotion of human right to development.
