摘要:
中世纪早期英格兰国王垄断铸币权是加强政治统治的一种策略，并在此基础上形成了国王高度管控的货币制度。伴随着政治上的统一进程，货币制度经历了从区域铸造到全国性铸造的发展阶段，在此过程中国王不断加强对货币铸造与流通的管理，如控制铸模的雕刻、抵制劣质货币的流通、加强对铸币师的监管。当时的货币制度不仅为政治经济的发展提供了保障，而且形成的一些优良传统还被中世纪中晚期的货币制度所继承。
Abstract:
In the Early Middle Ages, the King of England's monopoly of the power to mint coins was a strategy to strengthen political rule, thus forming a highly controlled system of coinage. At that time, along with the political unification process, the coinage underwent a development from regional minting to national minting. In this process, the King continuously strengthened the management of coin minting and circulation, e. g., controlling the engraving of the die, resisting the circulation of inferior currency, and strengthening the supervision of moneyers. The coinage of England in the Early Middle Ages not only provided a guarantee for the development of politics and economy, but some fine traditions formed at that time were inherited by the coinage in the middle and late Middle Ages as well.
