摘要:
现代化的社会心理服务数字平台能够重塑社会治理的对接通道，体现出“平台吸引用户、痕迹成为素材、数据导向服务”的新模式，为社会情感及资源的输送确立合适的目标。心理专业组织利用其优势通过平台识别和干预服务对象，为国家收集呈报有价值的社情民意，辅助行政部门调控网络空间的舆论导向，营造积极平和的心态氛围，安抚特殊群体的心理感受，引导个体具备保持心理区间稳定的基本能力。心理服务使用的技术算法在社会治理过程中传递命运共情、情感关切、价值正义等基础理念，保障人民的根本权益。社会心理服务数字平台进行科学有效的情感治理时，需要重视平台运行的数字正义、平台服务的算法规则、平台计算的信息安全等方面的风险与优化，从而更好满足人民日益增长的美好生活需要，体现出面向人民性的社会治理价值。
Abstract:
A modernized digital platform for social psychological services can reshape the docking channel of social governance, reflecting a new model of “platform attracting users, traces becoming materials, and data-driven services”, and establishing appropriate goals for the transportation of social emotions and resources. Psychological professional organizations utilize their advantages to identify and intervene in service targets through the platform; collect and report valuable social and public opinion for the country; assist administrative departments in regulating the public opinion orientation in cyberspace; create a positive and peaceful atmosphere of mentality; soothe the psychological feelings of special groups; and guide individuals to develop the basic ability to adjust psychological stability. The technical algorithms used in psychological services convey basic concepts such as empathy, emotional concern, and value justice in the process of social governance, safeguarding the fundamental rights and interests of the people. When conducting scientific and effective emotional governance on the digital platforms for social psychological service, it is necessary to pay attention to the risks and optimizations in the digital justice of platform operation, algorithm rules of platform services, and information security of platform operation, in order to better meet the growing needs of people for a better life and reflect the value of people-oriented social governance.
