通过纵向比较研究方法，以新中国成立以来三个历史时期经济建设的实践为依据，分析考察走向全体人民共同富裕的中国式现代化是接续推进的长期历史过程。基于三个历史时期经济建设成就的比较，党领导人民从经济总量增长、经济结构优化、贫富差距治理等方面接续推进共同富裕，取得了伟大成就，体现了追求“做大蛋糕”“做优蛋糕”和“分好蛋糕”三者相统一的历史逻辑。基于三个历史时期经济建设路径的比较，党根据不同时期我国社会的主要矛盾，确立了相互联系又有区别的经济发展目标、经济发展理念、经济发展体制，既一以贯之向共同富裕目标迈进，又符合了不同时期的客观要求，体现了接续性和阶段性相统一的实践逻辑。三个历史时期经济建设的基本经验包括：坚持以马克思主义为指导，接续发展走向共同富裕的理论基础；坚持不断解放和发展生产力，接续夯实走向共同富裕的物质基础；坚持与时俱进地进行体制机制创新，接续完善走向共同富裕的制度基础；坚持全面协调可持续发展，接续巩固走向共同富裕的结构基础，体现了党领导的中国特色共同富裕道路的理论逻辑。
Abstract:
Through longitudinal comparative research of Chinese economic practice in three historical periods methods, this paper argues that Chinese path to modernization targeting a common prosperity for everyone is a long-term historical process of continuity. Since 1949, the Communist Party of China(CPC) has led Chinese people to undergo three historical periods of economic construction, continued to promote common prosperity in terms of total economic growth, economic structure optimization, and governance of the gap between the rich and the poor, and made great achievements, reflecting the historical logic of the unity of “expanding the economic pie”, “improving the quality of the economic pie”, and “fairly distributing the economic pie”. Based on a comparison of the development paths of economic construction, the CPC has established interconnected and differentiated economic development goals, concepts, and systems in accordance with the principal contradictions in China's society at different times, which not only consistently advance towards the goal of common prosperity, but also meet the objective requirements of different times, reflecting the practical logic of integrating continuity and periodicity. The basic experiences of economic construction in the three historical periods include: adhering to the guidance of Marxism as the theoretical foundation for continuous development toward common prosperity; persistently liberating and developing productive forces to strengthen the material foundation for achieving common prosperity; adapting to the times and innovating institutional mechanisms to refine the institutional foundation for common prosperity; and pursuing comprehensive, coordinated, and sustainable development to consolidate the structural foundation for common prosperity. All this embodies the theoretical logic of the path to common prosperity with Chinese characteristics under the leadership of the CPC.
