党的二十大报告为建设教育强国提供了强有力的支持,这就是党和政府的政治领导、全面建设现代化国家的发展机遇和支撑教育高质量发展的经济实力。这些是当前我国建设教育强国的独特优势。在建设教育强国中,需要结合教育思想理论与国际教育趋向,以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导,坚持立德树人教育理论、中国式教育现代化发展思想和开放发展教育思想。建设教育强国的路径在于,以“自我革命”精神深化教育改革,突破制约教育发展的体制机制束缚,激发人民参与教育改革发展的创造力。
- Abstract:

The Report to the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC)has provided strong support for building a strong educational China in the following three aspects: the strong political leadership by the CPC and Chinese government; the unprecedented developmental opportunity for education in the process of building a modern socialist country; and the enough economic capacity to supply for the high-quality development of education. This is the unique advantage China has to build a strong country in education. In practice, the approach to building a strong country in education lies in our continuous promotion of educational reform with the spirit of “self-revolution” by breaking through the constraints in the systems and mechanisms which restrict educational development and by stimulating people's willingness and creativity to promote educational reform and development.
