- Taking Xi Jinping’s two speeches in Switzerland as an example，this paper explores its cognitivefeatures and its leading role in the construction of Chinese political discourse system in accordance with therules of political discourses revealed by Framing Theory from the perspective of cognitive science. Thenthe main principles，the basic features，the mechanism，the discourse framing model and the internationalexchange strategies of Chinese political discourses are derived from the cognitive and social perspectives
