- Abstract:
- The achievement of social collaborative governance depends on the following factors: to enable different social subjects play their unique roles in social governance; to construct an institutionalized communicative channel and platform for various participants of social governance; to help develop different social support systems and encourage different social subjects to participate actively in such activities like autonomous governance, making social service, and collaborating in governance. Social governance requires a comprehensive use of political, economic, administrative, and legal means, the institutionalization of which is the key to effective social governance. In this sense, it is essential to stick to the rule-of-law principle in social governance, establish and improve the legal system for collaborative social governance, and to promote the construction of an institutionalized multi-participant social governance platform.
