摘要:
“两个确立”是从党百年奋斗的重大成就与历史经验中总结出来的重要历史结论,是从党的十八大以来伟大实践中淬炼出来的重大政治成果,具有充分的理论依据和实践依据。“两个确立”既是马克思主义的内在属性,也是中国共产党的优良传统,也是实践探索的必然结果。“两个确立”是坚持和加强党的全面领导的内在需求,对稳步推进新时代党和国家事业发展方面,具有总揽全局、协调各方的领导核心作用; 对于顺利推进中华民族伟大复兴的历史进程,发挥着思想引领和精神旗帜的决定性意义。新的赶考之路对捍卫和落实“两个确立”提出了更高要求,必须要以政治建设为统领,思想建设为基础,以党内制度建设为支撑,把“两个确立”转化为做到“两个维护”的政治自觉、思想自觉、行动自觉。
Abstract:
The “Two Establishments” is an important historical conclusion drawn from the great achievements and historical experience of the CPC’s centennial struggle, and a major political achievement distilled from the great practice since the 18th National Congress of the CPC. It is based on solid theoretical and practical support. The “Two Establishments” is not only the inherent attribute of Marxism, but also the fine tradition of the CPC and the inevitable result of practical exploration. It is the internal demand for upholding and strengthening the CPC’s overall leadership, and plays a core role in leading and commanding the overall situation and coordinating all parties in steadily advancing the cause of the Party and the state in the new era. It plays a decisive role in promoting the historical process of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. The CPC’s new journey to taking the historical examination has put forward higher requirements for defending and implementing the policy of “Two Establishments”, which must be guided by political construction, based on ideological construction, and supported by the construction of inner-party institutions. The “Two Establishments” must be transformed into the political consciousness, ideological consciousness, and action consciousness entailed by the policy of “Two Upholds”.
