摘要:

在中国特色社会主义参政党的自身建设中，思想政治建设是核心和根本。换句话说，思想政治建设是带动参政党组织建设、制度建设和机关建设的根本性建设。中国特色社会主义参政党思想政治建设的主题是同心。在中国新型政党制度中，同心是源于共同政治文化背景的思想政治认同，是在广泛的政治联盟中始终坚守的思想政治底线，是基于共同政治价值取向形塑的思想政治意识。民主党派作为中国特色社会主义参政党，其与执政党的政治共识是形成于中国特色社会主义参政党理论建设、践行政治文化中的核心价值观念和参与中国共产党领导的政治协商过程之中的。新时代中国特色社会主义参政党思想政治建设要以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想理论为指导，在政治方向上引领同心、增进认同，在政治文化中涵育同心、扩大共识，在政治协商中凝聚共识、汇聚力量。

Abstract:

In the self-construction of Chinese democratic political parties participating in building socialismwith Chinese characteristics, ideological and political construction is the core and foundation. In other words,ideological and political construction is fundamental to building a political party in organization, institutionas well as organ and personnel. Unity is the theme in the ideological and political construction in this regard,because wining people’s support and consensus is the biggest issue in politics. In the new political partysystem of China, consensus is the ideological and political identity derived from the common political andcultural background. It is the ideological and political bottom line that has always been upheld in a wide rangeof political alliances.It is also a kind of ideological and political consciousness based on the common politicalvalue orientation.As political parties participating in building socialism with Chinese characteristics, thedemocratic parties in China have reached political consensus with the governing party in the following aspects:the construction of the theory of political parties participating in building socialism with Chinese characteristics;practicing the core values in political culture; and the participation in the process of political consultation ledby the Communist Party of China. The ideological and political construction of political parties participatingin building socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era should be guided by Xi Jinping Thought onSocialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era. This is sure to lead to unity in the political direction andthus enhance people’s identity with the Chinese system; to cultivate a common mentality in the political cultureso as to expand consensus on the ideological and political construction; and to build consensus in politicalconsultation so as to gather strength.
