摘要:
国际关系理论体系中的理论工具能够帮助我们更好地从不同角度分析全球海洋秩序的发展态势，为中国更好地制定符合客观实际与自身利益的海洋战略提供新的选择。在当代国际关系重回现实主义逻辑的大背景下，海权国家之间的竞争、妥协与合作将会成为新的主题之一，全球海洋秩序的重塑也将不可避免。为适应大国力量对比的新变化以及由此带来的战略格局演变，中国必须在海权力量建设等相应问题上做出新的努力，以期达到平稳地促进全球海洋秩序得到改善的基本目标。
Abstract:
The theoretical tools in the theoretical system of international relations can help us better analyze the development trend of the global maritime order from different angles, and provide new options for China to better formulate maritime strategies that conform to the objective reality and its own interests. In the context of the return of contemporary international relations to the logic of realism, competition, compromise and cooperation among maritime powers will become one of the new themes, and the reshaping of the global maritime order will be inevitable. In order to adapt to the new changes in the balance of power between major countries and the resulting evolution of the strategic pattern, China must make new efforts to handle the corresponding issues such as the building of maritime power, in order to achieve the basic goal of smoothly promoting the improvement of the global maritime order.
