摘要:
建设教育强国是我国教育进入世界中上行列后高质量发展的时代必然、是建设社会主义现代化强国的必然需要、是中华民族伟大复兴的必然支撑。建设教育强国要以习近平总书记关于教育的重要论述为指导，扎根中国大地探寻推进路径。建设教育强国的根本指向为坚持党对教育的全面领导、把立德树人作为根本任务，为党育人、为国育才；基本导向为服务中华民族伟大复兴、办好人民满意的教育、支撑引领中国式现代化；核心课题为社会主义核心价值观教育、大中小学思想政治教育一体化、打造互联网思想政治教育阵地；关键抓手为把基础教育作为基点、把高等教育作为龙头、优化师生发展路径、建设终身学习体系；协同体系为建设教育、科技、人才三位一体制度，促进教育治理体系和能力现代化，建立高水平双向式教育对外开放格局。
Abstract:
What is a strong nation, and what is education? Building an educationally strong nation is an inevitable requirement for China's education to achieve high-quality development and become one of the world's top performers. The construction of an educationally strong nation is a necessity for building a modernized socialist country and a crucial support for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. This great cause should be guided by General Secretary Xi Jinping's important discourse on education and should be rooted in China's soil while exploring the path forward. The fundamental direction for building an educationally strong nation is to uphold the Party's comprehensive leadership over education, make moral education and talent cultivation the fundamental tasks, and cultivate talents for the Party and the nation as well. The basic orientation is to serve the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, provide satisfactory education for the people, and support and lead Chinese-style modernization. The core issues include education of core socialist values, the integration of ideological and political education in primary, secondary, and tertiary institutions, and the establishment of an internet-based ideological and political education platform. The key focuses are to establish basic education as the foundation and higher education as the leading force, optimize the development path for teachers and students, and construct a lifelong learning system. The collaborative system involves constructing an integrated framework for education, science, and talent training, promoting the modernization of education governance and capabilities, and establishing a high-level two-way open education pattern.
