摘要:: “四个全面”战略布局,是立足中国实际而作出的战略选择,当代中国最大的实际、最基本的国情是我们处于社会主义初级阶段。而在社会主义初级阶段上百年的发展过程中,不同发展时期呈现出不同的变化和特征,中国经济发展现已步入新常态。“四个全面”战略布局必须适应新常态、引领新常态,解决“发展起来以后”面临的突出矛盾和问题,在国情的“变和不变”中推进“四个全面”战略布局,努力实现中国社会主义现代化和中华民族的伟大复兴。

Abstract:: The strategic blueprint of “Four Comprehensives” is a strategic choice based on China’s reality. The paramount reality and the basic national conditions of contemporary China is that China remains in the primary stage of socialism. However, during its primary stage that will last for hundreds of years, socialism will undergo different changes and shows different features in different periods. China’s economic development has entered a period of new normal. The strategic blueprint of “Four Comprehensives” must accommodate the new normal of Chinese economy, and thus guide its development. The strategic blueprint also needs to deal with the paramount contradictions and problems confronting Chinese people when China becomes a developed country to some extent. All Chinese people have to press ahead with the strategic blueprint of “Four Comprehensives” under the guidance of a good understanding of “what has to be changed and what should not be changed”, working hard for China’s realization of the socialist modernization and the great rejuvenation of Chinese nation.
