摘要:
作为中国传统心理学的现代转化形态,体验心理学是主客一体的心理学,它研究生命主体的生命体验及其精神境界的提升,并由此理解生活的意义与价值。体验心理学的成立逻辑在于它关注的是“我—你”关系的心理学,完全有别于以“我—它”关系为基础的实验心理学。基于体验心理学的学科属性、研究内容以及研究方法,可以认为体验心理学是一门作为人文科学的实证心理学,体验心理学既是人文的,也是实证的。体验心理学承担着中国传统心理学的现代转化的重任,它将最有可能代表中国心理学在世界发出中国心理学自己的声音。
Abstract:
As a modern transformation of traditional Chinese psychology, experiential psychology is a psychology that integrates subject and object. It studies the life experience of the subject and the improvement of its spiritual realm, and thus understands the meaning and value of life accordingly. The logic of experiential psychology is that it focuses on the psychology of the “I-You” relationship, which is completely different from the experimental psychology based on the “I-It” relationship. Judging by its disciplinary attributes, research contents and research methods, experiential psychology can be regarded as an empirical psychology belonging to the category of human science: that is, it is both humanistic and empirical in nature. Undertaking the important task of transforming traditional Chinese psychology into its modern shape, the experiential psychology is most likely to represent the psychology of China to express its own voice in the world of psychology.
