摘要:: 以《词府灵蛇》与《二集》的编刊为个案，分析这一在南京的出版人队伍及其相关活动，可以使其时书籍的编法及其取资，书籍在形式上所体现的业界新风尚得到具体的展现，揭示明天启间诗法类著作生产、营销的新特点。基于此，还希望通过一种书籍文化史的考察，进一步观照晚明社会士商关系的变动以及商业与文艺气习的相互渗透与结合。

Abstract:: Taking as a case the compilation and publication of Cifu Lingshe 词府灵蛇（ a book series on thecreation and criticism of poems）and its second series， this article is intended to describe the status of commercialpublication in Nanjing during the period of Tianqi’s reign in the Ming Dynasty through focusing on a groupof publishers and their activities：in particular， the way they compiled and edited the books for publication.It is hoped that the new fashion embodied by the form of books in that period can be substantially revealed inthis paper， which can show some new features of the production and circulation of books concerning poeticcriticism at that time. It is also hoped that such analysis of the cultural history of the books of this type can shedsome new light on the changes in the relationship between the literati and businessmen and on the interactionbetween the literature and commerce in the late Ming Dynasty.
