摘要:
秉持科学理性、遵循公共理性是教师教育改革道德正当性的重要基石。虽然揭示教师教育内在规律和在改革中彰显公共理性并非易事,但是,教师教育改革只有深入探索教师教育规律、加强民主决策制度建设并对可能产生的改革阻抗及其风险保持警醒,才有可能从道德困境中突围。弘扬科学理性、凝聚价值共识并恪守道德领导是深化教师教育改革的必由之路。
Abstract:
Abiding by scientific rationality and public reason is the important cornerstone of morality in teacher education reform. Despite considerable difficulty in revealing the inherent laws of teacher education and achieving public reason, it is imperative to delve into the inherent laws of teacher education, to reinforce democratic institutions during decision-making, and to keep alert to reform risks. Only by so doing can we deepen teacher education reform which is facing ethical dilemmas. Carrying forward scientific rationality, cultivating public reason and reverently observing moral leadership are basic ways out of the reform impasse.
