摘要:
日本学者认为莫言文学表现了20世纪中国巨大历史变迁中人的顽强生命力,从中可以把握当代中国的政治、文化和灵魂。莫言研究是他们想象与阅读当代中国的重要途径。他们把莫言既借鉴又超越中国传统文学的创作方法,看作中国当代文学的前进方向和当代中国通过亚洲走向世界的象征,把莫言的成功看作中国当代文学世界性的彰显和亚洲叙说的广度和深度的体现,是以中国为代表的亚洲重要性不断提升的结果。日本学者的莫言研究为日本看待中国及中日关系改善提供了新视野,也为构建现代亚洲叙事提供了新的可能性。
Abstract:
Japanese scholars believe that Mo Yan’s works successfully show Chinese people’s great perseverance and tenacity in the turbulent 20th century. In their eyes, those works provide them with an important window into the politics, culture and spirit of contemporary China. They regard Mo Yan’s way of literary creation which is based on but rise above the traditional Chinese literary creation as the direction for the progress of contemporary Chinese literature and as the sign that Chinese literature has converged with world literature via the whole Asia. Mo Yan’s success is thought to reflect the breadth and depth of Asian narration as well as the global influence of contemporary Chinese literature, which is due to the fact that Asian countries in general and China in particular are becoming more important. Japanese scholars’ studies on Mo Yan have provided a new perspective for Japan to see China and to improve Sino-Japanese relation. Their efforts have also created new possibilities for making modern Asian narration.
