摘要:

习近平总书记在系列重要讲话中围绕“弘扬全人类共同价值、推动构建人类命运共同体”作出了重要论述,形成了“以全人类共同价值引领人类命运共同体建构”这一全球发展和全球治理的重大理念。以唯物史观阐释该重大理念,相关探讨必然展开为对如下基础性问题的反思和追问:(1)当今时代,全人类共同价值和构建人类命运共同体何以具备现实基础?(2)构建人类命运共同体为何亟需全人类共同价值予以引领?(3)全人类共同价值何以能够引领人类命运共同体建构?(4)构建人类命运共同体之于全人类共同价值的作用是什么?(5)如何以全人类共同价值引领人类命运共同体建构?(6)“以全人类共同价值引领人类命运共同体建构”何以超越诸如“社会进化论”“普世价值”“价值相对主义”等既有全球发展理念?(7)“以全人类共同价值引领人类命运共同体建构”何以开辟21世纪唯物史观新境界?深刻回答上述问题,对于我们系统澄清“以全人类共同价值引领人类命运共同体建构”重大理念的历史必要性、现实可行性、理论超越性、世界历史意义及其哲学贡献,对于推动该重大理念历史实践的平稳有序开展,具有极其重要的理论和现实价值。

Abstract:

General Secretary Xi Jinping, in a series of important speeches, has made significant statements regarding “promoting the propagation of common human values and advancing the construction of a human community with a shared future”. This has formed a significant concept in global development and global governance, termed “building a human community with a shared future guided by common human values”. Interpreting this significant concept from the perspective of historical materialism inevitably leads to the reflection on and further inquiry into the following fundamental questions:(1)In the present era, what constitutes the practical basis for common human values and the construction of a human community with a shared future?(2)Why is it essential for common human values to guide the construction of a human community with a shared future?(3)How can common human values effectively guide the construction of a human community with a shared future?(4)What role does the construction of a human community with a shared future play in promoting common human values?(5)How can we use common human values to guide the construction of a human community with a shared future?(6)How does the significant concept of “building a human community with a shared future guided by common human values” transcend the existing global development concepts such as “social evolution theory”, “universal values”, and “value relativism”?(7)How does this great concept open up new frontiers for historical materialism in the 21st century? Providing profound answers to these questions is of paramount theoretical and practical significance for clarifying the historical necessity, feasibility, theoretical innovation, global historical significance, and philosophical contributions of this significant concept and for promoting its smooth and orderly development in historical practice as well.
