摘要:
家庭教育指导服务队伍建设是推进覆盖城乡的家庭教育指导服务体系建设的重要组成部分,专业化的家庭教育指导服务人员是确保相关工作顺利开展的重要人力保障。基于“新时代我国家庭教育指导服务体系构建研究”课题组在全国9省(自治区、直辖市)113县的大样本调查数据,考察我国家庭教育指导者的专业素质现状,尝试分析家庭教育指导服务队伍专业化过程中面临的现实困境及其原因,并从建立健全人才培养培训体系、人员管理和资质认证体系及包括政策、经费、督导评估和学科支持在内的保障体系等多个角度提出推进我国家庭教育指导者队伍专业化建设的策略建议。
Abstract:
The training of family education instructors is an important part in promoting the construction of a family education guidance service system covering both urban and rural areas, and professional family education guidance service personnel are an important manpower guarantee to ensure the smooth development of the relevant work. Based on the large sample survey conducted by the research group undertaking the project of “Research on the Construction of China's Family Education Guidance Service System in the New Era” in 113 counties of 9 provinces(autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government)across China, this paper analyzes the practical difficulties faced by family education instructors in the process of professional quality and specialization. It also proposes strategic recommendations for promoting the professionalization of China's family education guidance service personnel, focusing on four aspects: establishing unified professional standards nationwide, strengthening pre-service and in-service training connections, improving personnel access and evaluation mechanisms, and enhancing government coordination and support.
