摘要:: 发展是现代化的核心叙事，执政党的发展观影响着一个国家现代化的发展轨迹，需要在嵌入性意义上对影响发展的诸多因素予以考察。社会发展是矛盾运动的结果，发展模式的选择与社会矛盾的转变以及人民需求密切相关。从党在革命时期坚持群众路线到新中国成立初期的后发外生型现代化发展模式，从改革驱动型发展到以人为本推进科学发展，党始终坚持代表人民的根本利益，坚持发展的价值主体和实践主体的统一。党在领导人民进行革命、建设和改革的发展实践中，将马克思主义理论与中国实际国情相结合，汲取中国传统民本思想以及西方人本主义思想精髓，在不断深化对发展规律的探索过程中进行发展的理论与实践创新，积极破解新时代社会主要矛盾，形成“以人民为中心”发展观引领新时代发展。

Abstract:: Development is the core narrative of modernization. The development view held by the ruling party influences the track of a country's modernization, and the factors affecting the development need to be investigated in the terms of embeddedness. Social development is the result of the operation of social contradiction and the choice of development mode is closely related to the change of social contradiction and people's needs. From adhering to the mass line model of development during the revolutionary period to the late-developing and exogenous model of modernization in the early years of the People's Republic of China, and from reform-driven development to people-oriented and scientific development, the CPC has always stuck to representing the fundamental interests of the people and to the unity between the subject of value and the subject of practice in pursuing development. In its development practice of leading the people to carry out revolution, construction, and reform, the Party combines Marxist theory with China's national realities and absorbs the essence of both the traditional Chinese people-oriented thought and western humanism. In the process of deepening the exploration of the law of development, we should explore and innovate the theory and practice of development, actively solve the major social contradictions in the new era, and form a “people centered” development concept to guide the development in the new era.
