摘要:: 党的十八大以来的十年,是党和国家事业取得历史性成就、发生历史性变革的十年,也是全面依法治国、推进中国式法治现代化波澜壮阔、取得重大进展的十年。面对具有许多新的历史特点的伟大斗争,以习近平同志为核心的党中央统筹把握中华民族伟大复兴战略全局和世界百年未有之大变局,从新时代坚持和发展中国特色社会主义、确保党和国家长治久安的战略高度,精心谋划和扎实推进全面依法治国,加快建设社会主义法治国家,创立了原创性的法治理论,展开了变革性的法治实践,法治领域取得了突破性进展、形成了标志性成果,新时代中国式法治现代化事业展示出蓬勃生机和强大生命力。

Abstract:: The ten years since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC)have been a decade of historic achievements and changes in the cause of the Party and the state and a decade of significant progress in building a law-based governance with Chinese style as well. Facing the great struggle with many new historical characteristics, the CPC Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core has made overall plans to grasp the strategic situation of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and the great changes in the world unseen in a century, uphold and develop socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era, and ensure China's long-term stability. With careful planning and solid promotion of law-based governance, the CPC has accelerated the construction of a law-based socialist country, created an original theory of rule of law, launched reform in the practice of rule of law, made breakthroughs in the field of rule of law, and made landmark achievements. As a result, the Chinese-style modernization of rule of law in the new era has shown great vigor and vitality.
