城镇化进程中“人的城市化”及其发展路径-《南京师大学报（社会科学版）》

摘要:: 理论上而言,“人的城市化”与“物的城镇化”并举发展应该是现代化发展的理想模式,因为现代化发展的本源或者说终极目标应该是“人的现代化”。因而从这一意义上来说,“人的城市化”是城市现代化发展的产物。然而,当前我国以“物”为核心的城乡“二元分割”的城镇化发展模式却有悖于“人的城市化”发展理念。为此,重新审视城市建设发展思路,破除城乡“二元分割”的制度性障碍,形成“以人为本”的城市发展理念,使城市发展聚焦于“人”的发展,这理应是“人的城市化”所追求的发展目标。

Abstract:: Theoretically, the ideal mode of modernization should be the simultaneous urbanization of both human beings and non-human things, because the ultimate source and objective for modernization should be the modernization of human beings. On this view, the urbanization of human beings is the product of urban modernization. However, the present urbanization model, which is based on the existing binary urban-rural system and centers on “things”, is against the idea of “the urbanization of human beings”. Therefore, it is urgent to re-examine our current idea of urban development, resolve the institutional barrier imposed by the binary urban-rural structure and develop a notion of human-based urban development. It should be the legitimate goal of the urbanization of human beings to focus urban development on human development.
