摘要:: 以NJ市S新村社区作为样本,从微观方面观察和分析S新村新型城镇化进程中新市民社区管理与建设的网格化与熟人社会相结合的治理实践,并进一步概括和提升了新型城镇化进程中新市民社区管理与建设实践的理论意义,即新市民社区建设必须以人的生存与发展为核心,促进新市民生活方式和价值理念转变,充分凸显“以人为本”在新型城镇化建设中的价值,明确城镇化的建设核心是“人的城镇化”,实现始终将人民群众利益置于首要位置的新型城镇化。

Abstract:: Through analyzing the data from the new residential community S in Xianlin College Town of Nanjing, we identified a mode of community governance formed in the process of its urbanization, which is characterized by building a new type of networked community on the basis of its previous acquaintance society. The case study, though limited in its scope, enables us to realize that the construction of newly urbanized communities should take people’s livelihood and development as its priority and help citizens in these communities successfully adjust their values and life style. That is to say, the key to a successful urbanization lies in always putting people first in practice and fully understanding in theory that the essence of urbanization is to help people live a new type of decent urban life.
