摘要:: 城乡教育统筹发展是现阶段我国教育发展的重要主题,也成为教育发展的重要政策指向。新世纪以来,我国城乡教育统筹发展的政策制定与实施,已显现出鲜明的特点与亮色。从总体上看,我国城乡教育统筹发展已有清晰的政策构想,有明确的政策重心。教育发展的现实实践,已彰显出城乡教育统筹发展的政策功效与作用。在肯定政策功效之时,我们也可以认识到,现阶段城乡教育统筹发展政策之实施,也还存在种种困惑与问题。继续推进城乡教育统筹发展,需要促进政策的有效执行,并与时俱进地推进教育政策的变革与创新。

Abstract:: To coordinate urban and rural education development has been not only an important subject of China’s education development at the current stage but also an important direction of our education development policies in the future. Since the turn of the new century, the formulation and implementation of the policies for China’s urban and rural education development have shown distinctive features and characteristics. Basically, we have already had a clear policy thinking and focus to develop the urban and rural education in a coordinated way. The practice of education development has been manifesting the efficacy and role of urban and rural education development policies. While acknowledging the effectiveness of the policies, we should also recognize that there are also various confusions and problems in the implementation of urban and rural education development policies. To keep advancing the coordinated development of urban and rural education, we need to promote the effective implementation of our policies and carry out reforms and innovations in our education policy.
