摘要:: 后工业社会的城乡生态公正是指建立在一种新型的合作关系以及全新的道德制度的基础上,即在努力使竞争关系服从于合作关系,使法律制度服从于道德制度,使资本权益服从于生态利益的生态合作社会条件下所形成和发展的形式上和实质上需要相统一的生态公正与城乡公正。其实现将是一个长期的历史过程,也是一个人类自觉建构的复杂过程。在人类社会开启后工业社会进程的大背景大视野中,在当下中国仍处于工业化和后工业化一并走的特殊历史发展阶段,后工业社会的城乡生态公正的现实意义就是在实现人与自然和谐的根本目标基础上,通过实施科学策略破解日益彰显的城乡生态冲突,构建新型的城乡生态合作关系。

Abstract:: The fairness in urban and rural ecological affairs in a post-industrial society is based on a new type of cooperation and moral institutions formed in such social conditions where competition is required to be subject to cooperation, legal institutions to moral ones, and capital to ecological benefits. The achievement of such type of fairness has to undergo a long and complex historical process, in which human beings have to develop a strong awareness of the significance of ecological fairness. Now human society as a whole is beginning to enter its post-industrial era, but the contemporary China is in a special historical stage characterized by a combination of industrial and post-industrial features. Against such a background, the key to achieving ecological fairness is to make scientific decisions based on the harmony between man and nature to resolve the ecological conflicts and construct a new type of cooperation on ecological issues between urban and rural areas.
