- Abstract:
- The legislation of administrative sanctions for public employees is an important link in promoting the “coherence between discipline and law” and the “coherence between different laws” and in achieving the goal of comprehensively deepening the supervision system reform. The Law on Governmental Sanctions for Public Employees has the function of connecting party discipline and criminal law, and its formulation has thus greatly promoted the legalization and standardization of administrative punishment. On the one hand, this law reduces the difficulties in achieving the “coherence between different laws” by building a strict net of justice for duty violation and a wellrun anticorruption legal system. On the other hand, it helps to further clarify the relationship between discipline and law. Besides, it will effectively promote the “coherence between discipline and law” by applying the “four forms” of disciplinary supervision to the practice of anticorruption.
