Title:: On the Cultivation of Green Ecological Consciousness from thePerspective of Responsibility Ethics

Abstract:: Responsibility ethics emphasizes the value, initiative and responsibility of behavior choices,aiming to awaken the awareness of the values and personal initiative for the members of a society and promotethe fundamental solution to social problems. Facing ecological crises and environmental destructions as theproblems of the times, the state, society and individuals all have irreplaceable ecological responsibilities. Cultivating the green ecological awareness of the whole society which relies on the responsibility ethics isto meet the real need to resolve the eco-environmental crisis; to meet the need of the times to build a sharedcommunity for different forms of life; and to meet people’s demands for a green life. To this end, we need toadvocate green ideas and value awareness, promote the awareness of green service, guarantee the awarenessof green rights, promote the conceptual foundation of ecological civilization construction, provide morehigh-quality ecological products to meet people’s growing needs of beautiful ecological environment, andcontinuously promote social fairness and justice.
