Title:: Global Internet Governance：Mode Reconstruction，China’s Opportunities and Participation

Abstract:: The mode of Internet governance has changed from personal management to the Networkedgovernance based on Internet Corporation for Assigned Names since the birth of Internet. In recent years，Internet governance has undergone an important new change： a“ multi-stakeholder” mode is takingshape， which will be the direction of future Internet governance. This new type of governance involves thegovernment， the private sector and civil society， which means the era of global Internet governance is coming.In light of this， China will face new opportunities in the field of Internet security and Internet governance， andit should engage in global Internet governance by such approaches as participating in the top-level design ofthe global Internet management system as well as encouraging enterprises and civil society’s participation andmass innovation.
