- Abstract:
- Natural disasters will result in heavy losses of life and property as well as various mass incidents. We can analyze the derivative relationship between natural disasters and mass incidents from a dynamic perspective: i.e. to discuss certain disaster situations and the alienation of elements in mass incidents; to build the evolutionary model of mass incidents derived from natural disasters; and to define their evolutionary characteristics. On this basis, we will get a panoramic view of how mass incidents derive from natural disasters, and enrich our ideas for studying mass incidents in China, thus offering pertinent strategies to effectively deal with those incidents.
