- Abiding by scientific rationality and public reason is the important cornerstone of morality in teacher education reform. Despite considerable difficulty in revealing the inherent laws of teacher education and achieving public reason, it is imperative to delve into the inherent laws of teacher education, to reinforce democratic institutions during decision-making, and to keep alert to reform risks. Only by so doing can we deepen teacher education reform which is facing ethical dilemmas. Carrying forward scientific rationality, cultivating public reason and reverently observing moral leadership are basic ways out of the reform impasse.
