- Abstract:
- Education reform is a systematic project: from its beginning to its implementation to the achievement of its goal, success in every step depends not only on the collaboration between different parties within the education system, but also on the cooperation between external forces and the education system as a whole. A successful education reform relies on: among others, system thinking and global design; system integration and department coordination; and experience reflection and effect evaluation. In the process of education reform, reformers should take the system thinking as the leading force, fully understand reform risks, make a comprehensive project design, monitor the implementation of the reform policy, coordinate the complicate relationship between the inside and the outside elements of the system, and appropriately evaluate the effect of reform. In doing so, they will inevitably win the success of education reform.
