Abstract:
From the perspectives of philosophical anthropology and existentialism, the Marxist view on labor has established a solid logical base for labor education to promote human’s the free and all-round development in the deepening development of historical materialism. Labor, as a free and creative activity of human beings, constitutes the essence of human existence, and historically promotes human beings to approach free and all-round development. Labor education, as a kind of process unifying both education and labor, has an important and indispensable instrumental value in reality. However, seen from the perspectives of the Marxist labor view and the theory of human’s all-round development, the more fundamental value of labor education lies in comprehensively improving the free power of each individual and promoting his free and all-round development. The process of human labor development and social development provides the internal motive mechanism and social foundation for labor education to promote human’s free and all-round development. The contemporary human labor reform also strongly confirms the necessity of labor education to promote human’s free and all-round development. Based on the essence of freedom of labor, labor education takes promoting the free and all-round development of human beings as its value objective, which is in line with the logic of historical movement. It is the Marxist view on labor and the theory of human’s all-round development that provide a scientific theoretical basis for labor education to promote human’s free and all-round development.
