- The birth of Jean-Jacques Rousseau’s natural education marks the beginning of modern education.All education reformers since Rousseau have stuck to the position of Rousseau’s natural education，whichis not the patent of the bourgeoisie. Moreover，Rousseau’s breath can be found in Soviet socialist scholarsLev Vygotsky and Vasyl Sukhomlynsky’s education thoughts. Rousseau’s natural education has its westernpioneers. But in ancient China similar thoughts can also be found. Education’s modernization in China can berooted in the profound Chinese thought resources，which could be used to comprehend，support and promotewestern modern pedagogy and vice versa.
